Thushara Don is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of financial leadership experience across New Zealand, Canada, and South Asia. He has expertise in manufacturing, engineering, retail, and the public sector, specializing in multi-entity operations, cross-border compliance, and strategic planning. Early in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young, gaining strong technical skills. Thushara has led ERP implementations, improved cash flow, and enhanced internal controls. A CA ANZ member with a postgraduate qualification in Applied Management, he has built high-performing teams, managed audits, and supported executive leadership with insights to drive financial performance and strategic transformation.
Darshana Wijesinghe (Darsh) is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and consultant in accounting & advisory services, holding memberships with CA ANZ, CA SriLanka and CPA Australia. He has over 16 years of international experience across New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Sri Lanka, with a strong focus on audit, accounting, taxation, finance, and business advisory. Darsh holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland and BSc. Business Administration (Special) is known for helping small to medium enterprises achieve sustainable growth. His approach combines practical financial solutions with deep client partnership, underpinned by integrity, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering measurable business value.
Namal is a well-experienced finance professional with over 18 years of international experience, beginning his career at Ernst & Young—Chartered Accountants. He holds dual master’s degrees: a Master of Professional Accounting from Unitec, New Zealand, and an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UK), along with a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Namal has served as both finance manager and finance controller for a world-class luxury hotel chain in the Maldives, leading strategic finance operations. He is a finalist of CA Sri Lanka and ACCA UK and a member of the Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka.
